A return authorization is required for any return. Due to them being "used" once mailed, Prank Mailers are not able to be returned. Prank Gurus has a 30 day return policy for other unopened products. The items must be new and unopened. Prank Gurus does not cover shipping costs in either direction. Once a returned the item is received and inspected, Prank Gurus will issue a refund within 3 business days.
